Stress and Resilience
This line of research examines the dynamics of stress and coping, unveiling how individuals respond to and recover from stressful situations. We investigate the psychological and physiological mechanisms that contribute to psychological resilience, identifying factors that help people cope with and adapt to challenges. By understanding the interplay between stress and resilience, we seek to empower individuals to thrive in the face of adversity in the ever-changing environment.
